Our management process is target oriented and driven by efficient and simple administration procedures which provide transparency to all stakeholders. All of our work is dealt with in a no nonsense and direct approach to Plan, Design and Manage the execution of your space providing enthusiasm, professionalism and integrity. As part of this delivery process, we provide the following key services.
Project Management
Turn-Key design and build projects as lead consultant. Our team can also provide management of nominated or existing project teams on behalf of the client. In case you already started the project, or you have a preferred selection of companies to work with.
Construction Management
Services will provide the overall coordination and control of your project construction from beginning to completion. Our targets are set at meeting a client's requirement in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
Site Supervision services
​Provides the day-to-day on site running of your project. Site managers are put in place to keep within the timescale and budget of a project, and manage any delays or problems encountered on-site during a construction phase. Further the site supervision services are involved in the role of managing of quality control, health and safety and the inspection of work carried out.

LEAD ARCHITECT DESIGNER

​I am an Architect, interior designer and project manager from South Africa and based in Dubai, UAE for more than 25 years with strong problem solving, communication and decision-making abilities with a flexible and practical approach to addressing issues.

Being Certified in Architecture, interior design, Project Management, and years of experience in engineering-based environments, my passion for bringing all aspects of design into one realm of knowledge is evident in my approach to my projects. With understanding of construction-based learnings comes innovation, connections and uniqueness.

With 10 years of work experience in various Architectural, Interior Design and Fit out projects, my passion to recreate your dreams is my driving force. I find interest in the joy of giving others their life size dreams, with a passion for sustainability and use of different materials to create a unique and sustainable outcome that will benefit yourself and others.
